What is Entrecard?

Entrecard is a pretty useful tool to drive traffic to blogs for newbie bloggers. It's a free blogging network that helps you build traffic, get more readers, and network with other bloggers. You put a widget on your blog and you can earn “EC credits” when members visit your blog. You can use the “credits” to purchase advertising on other blogs in our network.

What is EC credits?

Entrecard uses a currency - Entrecard Credits (EC for short). By being a member, you earn EC credit when you visit other blogs and clicking on the “drop” link on their widget. The person that receives the “drop” also receives EC credits. With the “EC credits” you earn, you can use that to purchase advertising on other sites.

How to advitise on other sites with EC credits?

A little bit different from EasyHits4You and StartXchange, as an Entrecard member, you are free to apply to advertise on any of the 13,000+ blogs in our network. When you purchase an advertisement on a site, your ad will run for 24 hours, and will not be in rotation with any other ad. Under the current system, ad prices double each time a spot is purchased, and halve once per day.

You'll need to find some sites to advertise on. Click on the Campaign button in the navigation bar, then click Search. You will be able to find sites in specific categories or across the whole site, and order them based on a number of criteria.

To advertise on a site, you must have enough credits to cover the cost. The advert price is shown beneath each card. Click on the “Advertise” link to place an ad.

How can I receive my payment?

We pay through PayPal and AlertPay systems. Please submit your payout request using the "Cashout" link on the "Account stats" page.


Can I submit site with Google AdSense block on it?

Please avoid submission of sites with AdSense ads to any traffic exchange. This is against Google AdSense Program Policies and may result in cancellation of your Google AdSense account.


What is a splash page?

Splash page is a fast loading page that designed to grab the attention of surfers to your site (or affiliate/referral link from other program). Properly designed splash page will help you to get much more signups to your sites.
You can create your own unique splash page in the Easy Splash Builder section, submit it to the list of your sites on the "My sites" page and assign some credits to your splash, just like you do for other sites.


I'd like to add www.somesite.com to your exchange but can't do that. Why?

What is a story?

A story can be anything you want it to be, it can be something out of your daily life or a memorable holiday or just sit down and let your imagination run free and write whatever the moment brings. The only requirement we ask for is that the story includes the words requested for that particular job and that its 400 words or more, the rest is entirely up to you.

When signing up you will be asked to create a username and password each time you log in you will be asked for this information, how much you earn is entirely up to you. You will earn money for each story you write, the current payments are:

1-100 stories: 25p
101-300 stories: 50p
301-500 stories: 75p
500+ stories: £1.00

How It Works

Once you have registered you are then ready to start writing and earning money, all you need to do is go to the job board and select a job you wish to do the words that are required for that particular story will be displayed on that page so you can choose whichever job you would like to base your story around. Whilst typing your story the page will automatically count down how many of the required words are still needed until you have included them all. Also there is an automatic word count so there is no need to sit and count up all the words you have typed. Once you have completed your story just click on submit and your story will then be submitted to the Site Administrator for approval, here it will be proof read and checked for copyright and appropriate content i.e. for all stories that are not adult content approved no bad language or vulgarity will be allowed. Once approved by the Site Administrator your Work-online account will be credited with the monies for that story.

Transferring Money

Once your balance has reached the £10.00 minimum limit you can request payment by PayPal or Cheque at anytime. It is entirely up to you which payment method you prefer to choose at that time.

You can register a new blog by simply logging in to your blogger's account and click on register a blog. It may take upto 72 hrs before your blog is approved by the blogger's admin.

How can I bid on any opportunities?

You can only bid on opportunities in category which you already have a blog registered. Like if you have a blog related to sports, then you can only bid on oppotunities that are related to sports, you can't bid on opportunities from other categories unless you add new blogs for those categories or your blog covers those categories as well.

Basic requirements for blogs you enter

Your blog must have unique content and must not contain any kind of illegal, porn or hate material. Your domain must have valid PageRank. Blogs with very little content will not be allowed.

Can I change my PayPal ID?

Contact the support team with your login ID, current and new paypal ID. Your profile will be updated after some verifications.

Textbroker

How does Textbroker work?

Textbroker is a mediator between writers and content clients. US citizens and residents can register as an author at Textbroker. Unfortunately, we cannot accept other countries at this time. We are working on a global solution and will update our site when we have more information for you.


How do I get paid?

When an article is accepted, your earnings are deposited in your Textbroker account. When you have a balance of $10 or more, you can request a pay-off. We transfer funds from Textbroker accounts to PayPal every two weeks. Please make sure that you have your PayPal account in our records under "Account - My User Data" and scroll all the way to the bottom.
To request your payoff, go to "Account - Pay-off" and click the big green button.


How much is Payoff?

You are paid for your articles immediately upon acceptance by the client. The funds go to your Textbroker account. You can request a payoff to your PayPal account twice a month, as long as your Textbroker balance is greater than $10. Payoff requests made by the 5th of the month will be processed by the 10th of that same month. Payoff requests made by the 20th will be paid at the latest by the 25th. Missed payoff deadlines will roll over to the following pay period. There are no fees for being an author with Textbroker. We take on the small transaction fee that PayPal charges.

Microworkers

What is Microworkers all about?
Microworkers is about connecting people who need something done (Employers) with people who want to help (Workers). These "things that need to be done" are called "micro jobs".


Accepting a job
A Worker is allowed to accept same job only once. Using more than one account and accepting same job more than once will result in account termination. Workers should only accept jobs they are capable of finish. If you think you cannot deliver results, don't accept that job! Accepting a job and submitting a false proof will raise a red flag. In most cases three (3) red flags lead to account termination.


I'm a Microworker... How and when do I get paid?
Workers get paid when their Employer rates the task submitted as "satisfied". When a Worker logs into their account, they can check the status of various tasks they have submitted. If a task is marked "not satisfied" by the Employer, you (the Microworker) will not get paid. If a task is marked "satisfied" you will get paid. Workers can withdraw earned money through several different methods: PayPal, Check, Moneybookers, etc. After you have requested a payout, it takes up to 15 business days to process your payment.
