What is Entrecard?
Entrecard is a pretty useful tool to drive traffic to blogs for newbie bloggers. It's a free blogging network that helps you build traffic, get more readers, and network with other bloggers. You put a widget on your blog and you can earn “EC credits” when members visit your blog. You can use the “credits” to purchase advertising on other blogs in our network.
What is EC credits?
Entrecard uses a currency - Entrecard Credits (EC for short). By being a member, you earn EC credit when you visit other blogs and clicking on the “drop” link on their widget. The person that receives the “drop” also receives EC credits. With the “EC credits” you earn, you can use that to purchase advertising on other sites.
How to advitise on other sites with EC credits?
A little bit different from EasyHits4You and StartXchange, as an Entrecard member, you are free to apply to advertise on any of the 13,000+ blogs in our network. When you purchase an advertisement on a site, your ad will run for 24 hours, and will not be in rotation with any other ad. Under the current system, ad prices double each time a spot is purchased, and halve once per day.
You'll need to find some sites to advertise on. Click on the Campaign button in the navigation bar, then click Search. You will be able to find sites in specific categories or across the whole site, and order them based on a number of criteria.
To advertise on a site, you must have enough credits to cover the cost. The advert price is shown beneath each card. Click on the “Advertise” link to place an ad.
